Installation of a 2,200 LFT king pile wall as a remedy for the South Tank Farm to act as an oil control barrier using a sealed barrier wall system (cut-off wall) to prevent any harmful contaminants from entering the canal. The barrier wall system was designed to provide structual support for futre canal dredging operations.
